The Bishop of the Osun Anglican Diocese, Rt. Reverend (Dr) Gbenga Babatunji, has described the current administration in the State of Osun as one that is established by God Himself.
Babatunji said one of the indices that validates this assumption is the degree of love and cordiality that exist between the three arms of government – the executive, the legislature and the judiciary.
Babatunji, speaking during the Osun State Judiciary special thanksgiving programme for the 2020/2021 legal year, on Tuesday, at the Cathedral Church of All Saints, Osogbo, said the cordiality between the three arms of government is such that is not enjoyed in other states of the country.
The clergy also commended Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for the way he handled two major crises in the country – the COVID-19 pandemic and the EndSARS protest, adding that Governor Oyetola’s approach was both matured and strategic.
Babatunji also lauded Oyetola for other astute measures by which tye state has been governed in the last two years, describing the performance of his administration as one that is causing thanksgiving to abound unto God.
