Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of the State of Osun has assured investors that his administration will continue to support and secure investments in the state, maintaining that the Land of Virtue has all it takes to put smiles on the faces of investors.
The Governor stated this while playing host to the President/Chancellor of Oduduwa University, Ile-Ife, Chief Dr. Rahmon Adegoke Adedoyin in his office in Osogbo on Wednesday.
Mr. Oyetola who commended Dr. Adedoyin who is presently the Maye of Yoruba Land for the supports the state has received from him through his investments, assured him of his administration’s partnership in areas of mutual interest.
In his words; ” I must commend you for the support you have given to the state through your investments, having counted our state worthy of same, we are proud of what you have done in this regard”.
The State helmsman enjoined other investors to take a cue from Dr. Adedoyin whose plethora of investments in the state are doing very fine, by coming down to invest in the state, stressing that no state is more investment friendly than the State of Osun.
Earlier in his remarks, the Maye of Yoruba Land, Chief Dr. Rahmon Adedoyin said he was with the Governor to identify with his administration, and pledge his unalloyed support to the State Government of Osun.
Dr. Adedoyin who listed his investments in the state to include Oduduwa University, Ile-fe, The Polytechnic Ile-Ife and Hiltons Hotel, Ile-Ife, assured the Governor of his unflinching support in his drive at taking the Land of Virtue to the promised land.
On the entourage of Dr. Adedoyin were the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Oduduwa University Ile-Ife, Dr. Mrs. Omolara Adenaike and the institution’s Director of Media and Publicity, Mr. Fadare Damilola Olaniyi.
Present at the event were the Deputy Governor, State of Osun, Mr. Benedict Gboyega Alabi, the Chief Whip of the State of Osun House of Assembly, Mr. Tunde Lekan Olatunji, Chief of Staff, Dr. Charles ‘Diji Akinola, Deputy Chief of Staff, Prince Abdullah Adeyanju Binuyo, Deputy Chief of Staff, General Administration, Barrister Adebisi Adejare and the State Head of Service, Dr. Olowogboyega Oyebade.
