Governor, The State of Osun, Adegboyega Oyetola, has felicitated with the Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Boripe Local Government, Omooba Mufutau Omogboye, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a committed progressive.
Oyetola, in a release by his Chief Press Secretary, Ismail Omipidan, on Sunday, also described Omogboye as a reliable party stalwalt whose loyalty and impactful leadership have engendered the party’s popularity and wide acceptance in the Local Government. He said this is evident in the recent mass defection of members of the opposition parties to the APC particularly within the local government area of the state.
Oyetola maintained that Omogboye was one of those whose relentless efforts ensured his victory and that of the party in the 2018 governorship election in the State.
“I heartily congratulate him and pray that God grants him a gift of long life in good health so that the party can benefit from his impactful leadership for many years to come,” Governor Oyetola added.
