Suspected hoodlums, on Thursday, invaded and unleashed Mile 12 in Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State causing residents to flee.
Lagos State Police Spokesman, Muyiwa Adejobi, who confirmed the incident, said normalcy has been restored, adding that Lagos Police Command has deployed his men to the area.
According to him, “Normalcy has returned to Gengere, Mile 12 area of Lagos State following a fight that broke out between some hoodlums in the area”.
The incident which was made known in a viral video shared by a Twitter user showed residents and motorists fleeing for their lives as they sought safety.
