Osun Commissioner for Women, Children and Social Affairs, Barr. Olubukola Olaboopo has felicitated with the first woman to be a Commissioner for Finance in the state, Mrs Oluremi Wilson on the occasion of her 64th birthday.
In a state signed by the Media Aide to the Honourable Commissioner, Barr. Olaboopo described the celebrant as an epitome of knowledge, passion and exemplary leadership.
Barr. Olaboopo noted that the celebrant was a Commissioner at different points in time in the history of Osun. She identified her as a pacesetter who has set path for women in politics through her integrity and truthfulness.
The Commissioner joined families, friends, well wishers and political associates in celebrating Chief Remi Wilson, wishing her more fruitful years ahead.
